Vietnam Sales Executive

Position Overview: As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships. You will have the flexibility to work remotely while also having opportunities for in-person collaboration with our team and clients. Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including virtual networking, cold outreach, and referrals. Conduct comprehensive consultations with clients to understand their hiring needs and objectives. Present our suite of recruitment services and solutions effectively, highlighting the value proposition. Negotiate terms and contracts with clients to establish mutually beneficial partnerships. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborate with our recruitment team to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceed client expectations. Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities. Requirements: Fluent in English (both written and verbal) is a must. Proven track record in sales, preferably in the recruitment or related industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team. Familiarity with the Vietnam job market. Salary: The salary range for this position is $350 - $500 per month, based on experience and qualifications (with commissions).
