Main responsibilities: Design, develop, deploy, and continuously improve advanced data science and machine learning models Apply deep learning techniques for structured data to solve complex prediction, classification, and forecasting challenges Develop and implement multi-objective optimization solutions to balance competing business goals and maximize business value Perform regression analysis and predictive modeling to identify key business drivers and forecast critical performance metrics Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests and other experimentation frameworks to measure the impact of products, features, and business initiatives Work with large and complex datasets, performing data preparation, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis Write clean, scalable, and high-performance Python code using tools such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Pandas, and NumPy Leverage GPU acceleration (CUDA) to optimize model training and inference performance Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations in Microsoft Power BI Partner with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into impactful data science solutions Communicate complex analytical findings and model outcomes clearly and effectively, turning insights into actionable business recommendations What do we expect? The specific salary offered depends on work experience and competencies. UAB "LTG Link" is a part of the "Lietuvos geležinkeliai" Group, whose main activity is passenger transport by train in Lithuania and abroad. Our ambition is to become the first choice for travellers and to create a new travel experience by encouraging people to choose a comfortable, safe and environmentally friendly means of transport - the train. "LTG Link" has seen a steady increase in passenger numbers over the past few years. It is planned that by 2030, over 9 million passengers per year will travel by train in Lithuania.
