About the Opportunity This role offers the chance to drive OKX’s growth in the MENA region by acquiring new VIP clients while building long-term relationships with our existing high-value client base. You will play a key part in shaping and executing our regional VIP strategy, expanding OKX’s footprint across the local market and working closely with regional and global growth, product, and business intelligence teams. What You’ll Be Doing Identify, engage, and onboard prospective VIP clients across the MENA region while serving as the primary point of contact for an existing portfolio Build and strengthen client relationships through strategic outreach, consistent communication, client profiling, and a deep understanding of their trading needs Develop a strong pipeline of high-value prospects through market intelligence, industry networks, referrals, events, and other relevant channels Guide prospective and existing clients through OKX’s product offerings, VIP structure, onboarding journey, and platform updates Drive revenue growth by converting new opportunities, increasing engagement across existing accounts, and identifying ways to scale business partnerships Collaborate with stakeholders across growth, product, and BI teams to support client acquisition and deliver optimal experiences throughout the client lifecycle Contribute to regional growth strategies and actively participate in online and offline marketing activities, client engagements, and industry events What We Look For In You 4+ years of experience in business development, account management, VIP sales, or client services within cryptocurrency, finance, FX, or a related field Proven track record of acquiring VIP or high-value clients and successfully managing and growing client portfolios Strong relationship-building, prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to pipeline development and portfolio growth Experience working with trading platforms or exchanges is highly advantageous An established network within the MENA trading, investment, or digital asset ecosystem is a strong advantage Fluency in English required; Arabic language skills are a plus Open to business travel across MENA and other regions as required Perks & Benefits Competitive total compensation package L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development Various team building programs and company events Wellness and meal allowances Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants More that we love to tell you along the process! #LI-GB1 #LI-HYBRID Notice: All official OKX vacancies are published on this website.
