Virtual Assets Associate (5PQE +)

NeosLegal is the UAE’s first crypto native law firm. We’ve been in the trenches of UAE virtual asset regulation since before most of the frameworks existed. We’re looking for an Associate to join our team, working remotely or onsite.

You won’t be doing background work on someone else’s deals. You’ll be inside the room where real decisions get made, for real founders, across five UAE regulators.

What you’ll do

• Advise founders and companies on virtual asset licensing and regulatory strategy in the UAE
• Prepare and manage licensing applications and regulatory submissions from start to finish
• Draft, organise and review legal documentation, policies and client advice
• Conduct legal and regulatory research
• Work directly with clients, regulators and the team, and keep matters on track

What’s non-negotiable

• Fluent English, written and spoken
• Fluent Russian - huge bonus
• Genuine curiosity about crypto law. We mean real interest, not a line on your CV
• The ability to keep up with a fast-moving, experienced team
• A legal background in corporate, financial services or regulatory law
• Familiarity with UAE regulators or virtual asset frameworks
• Law Degree from a Reputable University
