About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our Meta Ads and advertorial operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, fast-moving, and comfortable working across ad platforms, content docs, and creative assets to keep campaigns and advertorials launching on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist in building, uploading, and launching Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns based on briefs from the media buying team
• Organize and format advertorial content for publishing, including basic layout, image placement, and link insertion
• Track ad and advertorial performance data and compile it into clear, organized reports
• Manage creative asset libraries, ensuring files are labeled, sorted, and easy to retrieve
• Coordinate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure assets and copy are ready ahead of launch deadlines
• Monitor live campaigns and advertorials for basic issues (broken links, disapproved ads, tracking errors) and flag them promptly
• Maintain organized records of campaign briefs, creative versions, and publishing schedules
• Support ad-hoc research tasks related to competitors, trends, or platform updates

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a virtual assistant, marketing assistant, or ad operations support role
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager (uploading campaigns, basic reporting) or willingness to learn quickly
• Comfortable working with Google Docs, Sheets, and basic content management or publishing tools
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting eCommerce, beauty, skincare, or health supplement brands
• Basic understanding of advertorial or direct-response content structure
• Familiarity with Meta and Google Analytics basics
