Virtual Assistant Fully Remote Work From Home Role (JOB ID: VAJM2026) Role Our client is looking for two Virtual Assistants to manage the daily dispatching, scheduling and administrative operations of a U.S. based non emergency medical transportation company. In this role, you will help coordinate transportation schedules, communicate with drivers and clients, manage dispatch information, and ensure daily operations run smoothly. Responsibilities : • Coordinate and manage daily transportation dispatch schedules • Communicate with drivers, clients and team members by phone and online platforms • Monitor scheduled trips and assist with updates, changes and daily operational needs • Maintain accurate dispatch and transportation records • Enter and update information using dispatch software and Microsoft Office • Assist with scheduling, documentation and general administrative tasks • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth shift transitions and coverage Requirements : • Advanced (C1/C2) communication skills in English and Spanish • Exceptional telephone etiquette and strong customer service skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications • Tech savvy and comfortable learning new softwares and digital tools • Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment and seamlessly manage schedule change • Reliable computer, internet connection and remote work setup Highly Preferred : • Previous experience working remotely in dispatching, logistics, transportation or a similar coordination role • Experience as a remote dispatcher for a U.S. based company is strongly preferred Location Remote Availability Full-time position Mon-Sat (U.S. Eastern Time – ET). Two shifts are available: • 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM • 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM Candidates must be available to work Saturdays, with a weekday off. Compensation $6/hr
