Virtual Construction Manager

Job Title: Virtual Construction Manager Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Contract:3 to 6 months(extendable)  Job Summary: Our client is seeking a highly skilled Virtual Construction Manager to oversee construction projects remotely. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction management, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in digital tools. Key Responsibilities: - Manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery - Coordinate with on-site teams, contractors, and stakeholders remotely - Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets - Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies - Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met - Utilize digital tools , such as project management software, BIM, and virtual reality, to enhance project delivery Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field - 3+ years experience in construction management, preferably in a virtual or remote setting - Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills - Certification in construction management, such as CCM or CPCM
