Requirements
What the Work Typically Involves
• Managing calendars, inboxes, and scheduling across US time zones
• Coordinating travel, meetings, and events
• Preparing documents, reports, and presentations
• Handling data entry, CRM updates, and file organization
• Supporting executives with research, follow-ups, and day-to-day priorities
What Makes a Strong Candidate
• Based in Latin America with reliable internet
• Strong written and verbal English (B2 or higher)
• Previous experience as a virtual, executive, or administrative assistant
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Experience supporting US-based or international teams is a plus
