Volunteer Opportunity – Long-Term Founder Mentorship
Mamo Sphere is seeking an experienced entrepreneur, business leader, retired executive, or senior professional to serve as a volunteer mentor and strategic advisor to its founder.
This is an unpaid volunteer role for someone who is passionate about helping the next generation of entrepreneurs build organizations that create lasting impact.
About the Founder
My name is Emmanuel Ajopo, founder of Mamo Sphere, a grassroots initiative providing collateral-free microfinance and financial literacy to underserved market women and small business owners in Ota, Nigeria.
Beyond Mamo Sphere, I am building a broader vision focused on entrepreneurship, community development, and organizations that solve meaningful problems at scale.
Responsibilities
Provide strategic guidance and honest feedback.
Share lessons from your leadership and business experience.
Challenge assumptions and support sound decision-making.
Meet virtually once or twice each month.
Serve as a trusted advisor as the organization grows.
