Company Description Action for Leadership, Policy, and Hope (ALPHO) Foundation is a policy, leadership, and sustainable development institution dedicated to building informed citizens, ethical leaders, and empowered communities across Africa. The organization focuses on making public policy accessible, promoting civic engagement, and strengthening leadership capacity through mentorship and training. Day-to-day responsibilities may include assisting with event coordination, documenting community feedback, supporting training and mentorship sessions, and helping manage digital communication channels. Volunteers will also collaborate with the ALPHO team to amplify the organization’s programs, provide input on community needs, and promote inclusive participation in sustainable development efforts.
