About Us

Elonpeer Trauma Recovery Network, operating as Flourish & Thrive with EA, helps people heal from trauma and build healthier relationships. We share accessible mental health resources, psychoeducational content and practical guidance so support can reach people whatever their circumstances. We are still growing, and we are building a community of writers who care about this work.

What We Do

We create content on trauma recovery, emotional healing and relationship wellness through our blog, videos and other resources. Our goal is to make healing information clear, compassionate and easy to act on.

Who We’re Looking For

We are inviting writers to join our Call for Writers. This is a remote, unpaid volunteer opportunity with two ways to take part:

  1. Guest Blogger: Contribute articles on mental health, trauma healing or relationships.
  2. Volunteer Blog Writer: Write for us on an ongoing basis, with a commitment of at least 2 posts per month. You’ll be featured on our Staff & Volunteer page.

What You’ll Do

  • Research and write clear, empathetic blog posts on mental health, trauma and relationships
  • Revise your drafts based on feedback
  • Write in a warm, inclusive and accessible voice

Qualifications

  • Strong writing and web content writing skills, with the ability to craft clear, empathetic and engaging blog posts on mental health and relationship topics
  • Ability to conduct thorough research on mental health, trauma, relationships and faith-rooted healing, and to translate findings into accessible content
  • Experience or interest as a blogger, including familiarity with blogging platforms, formatting and audience engagement
  • Demonstrated interest in mental health, trauma recovery and relationship healing; prior experience in counselling, psychology, social work or a related field is an advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with sensitivity to diverse backgrounds, cultures and beliefs

What You’ll Gain

Published work with a byline, plus a place on our Staff & Volunteer page if you join as a Volunteer Blog Writer. You’ll also gain experience in mental health advocacy and content creation.
