About ArcQubit
ArcQubit is a software company making quantum readiness accessible. Our AI-native platform, QuantumDrift, helps teams of any skill level assess cryptographic risk, plan PQC migration, and scale toward quantum adoption. Role Summary
ArcQubit is an early-stage SaaS startup building a platform that makes complex computing simple, unifying AI, quantum, and classical resources into one enterprise-ready solution. As the company prepares for scale, we are seeking a Vice President of Marketing to define, build, and lead the marketing function from foundation through growth.
This is a hands-on executive role. The VP of Marketing will own strategy, positioning, and go-to-market while also building the infrastructure, processes, and team required to scale. This role partners closely with the CEO, product, sales, and investors.
This is an early-stage company role. The VP of Marketing will operate as both a strategic leader and an active builder, particularly in the first 12–18 months. Initial focus will be on clarity, leverage, and foundational systems not large teams or high media spend.
This is a foundational leadership role that will define how ArcQubit is understood by the market. The VP of Marketing will shape the company's story, accelerate its path to growth, and help turn technical innovation into commercial momentum.
Candidates who thrive here are comfortable creating structure where little exists and making progress with constrained resources.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy and Go-to-Market Leadership
-
Own and lead the company's end-to-end marketing strategy, aligned to business objectives and product roadmap
-
Define and maintain the go-to-market framework, including ICPs, segmentation, positioning, and channel strategy
-
Translate highly technical capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions for user, enterprise, partner, and investor audiences
-
Strong financial acumen for managing budgets and measuring ROI
Product Marketing and Messaging
-
Own the messaging architecture across company, product, and audience levels
-
Develop and maintain positioning statements and narrative frameworks
-
Partner with product leadership on launches, roadmap communication, and differentiation
Marketing Infrastructure and Operations
-
Design the marketing org structure and phased hiring roadmap
-
Build the marketing budget, resourcing plan, and vendor strategy
-
Define and oversee the marketing tech stack, deployment and management
-
Establish scalable processes, templates, and standards for consistency and efficiency
Demand Generation and Growth
-
Build the foundation for pipeline creation, including content strategy, lifecycle marketing, and performance channels as appropriate to stage
-
Partner with sales to align funnel definitions, handoffs, and revenue goals
-
Define KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure effectiveness and ROI
Brand and Thought Leadership
-
Shape ArcQubit's brand voice and market presence across owned, earned, and shared channels
-
Position the company as a credible voice in AI, quantum readiness, and emerging enterprise technology

Directly support fundraising efforts through narrative clarity and market positioning
Team Leadership and Cross-Functional Collaboration

Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team (internal and external)
-
Operate effectively at both executive and execution levels
-
Ability to inspire teams and build a collaborative culture
Required Qualifications
-
15+ years of progressive experience in marketing, communications, or media
-
5+ years in marketing leadership roles with ownership of strategy, positioning, and go-to-market
-

Prior experience supporting fundraising, investor decks, or board communications
-
Proven ability to partner closely with founders and senior technical leaders
-
Demonstrated success driving pipeline, demand generation, and multi-channel growth

Culture at ArcQubit
We're building technology that makes AI and quantum computing accessible to organizations traditionally locked out of this space. That mission shapes how we work together.
Contributions over hours. We measure impact by what you deliver, not how long you sit at a desk. We trust you to manage your time and energy in ways that let you do your best work.
People come first. Great technology comes from people who feel valued, supported, and trusted. We're committed to creating an environment where you can thrive professionally and personally.
We're defining who we are together. As an early-stage company preparing to exit stealth, we're actively shaping our core values and principles. The team members who join now will help establish the culture we carry forward. What guides us today: showing up authentically, acting with integrity, treating each other with respect, taking ownership of our responsibilities, and staying inspired by the problems we're solving.
Mission-driven work. We believe AI and quantum computing shouldn't be reserved for organizations with massive budgets and specialized teams. If you're motivated by expanding access to transformative technology, you'll find purpose here.
Why ArcQubit
We're at the front edge of a generational technology shift. Quantum computing will reshape security, optimization, and AI. Most organizations aren't ready, and the tools to get them there don't exist yet.
We're building those tools.
At ArcQubit, you'll work with a team that values clarity over hype, outcomes over buzzwords, and access over gatekeeping. If you want to help organizations navigate one of the most significant technology transitions of the next decade, we'd like to meet you.
