Vice President of Marketing: Architect the Growth Engine The Opportunity: As the Vice President of Marketing , you will be the visionary force behind Pentoz’s brand, growth, and market influence. This is a high-impact, strategic leadership role for a modern marketing executive who wants to define the voice, reputation, and demand engine of one of India's most ambitious new-age enterprises. Your mission: build and lead a world-class marketing function that powers customer acquisition, brand affinity, and exponential growth across our technology, staffing, and SaaS verticals. This is a remote position. You Will Be Responsible For: Marketing Strategy & Leadership Crafting and executing a full-stack, multi-channel marketing strategy aligned with business goals, from lead generation to brand positioning. Defining and driving short- and long-term marketing plans for our key verticals: IT services, SaaS, staffing, and emerging business units. Brand Building Leading the creation of a magnetic, future-facing brand that reflects our mission, ambition, and values. Elevating Pentoz’s visibility through PR, thought leadership, content, and digital storytelling. Demand Generation Building a high-converting demand engine using SEO/SEM, paid media, email campaigns, events, partnerships, and inbound marketing. Closely collaborating with the sales team to drive MQL/SQL growth, ABM campaigns, and revenue pipeline acceleration. Team Building Assembling, inspiring, and scaling a high-performance marketing team spanning digital, content, design, communications, and growth operations. Defining a culture of creativity, experimentation, and data-driven decision making. Marketing Ops & Analytics Implementing cutting-edge marketing automation systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho Marketing, Salesforce), data infrastructure, and analytics to track ROI and optimize performance. Managing the marketing budget with precision, balancing long-term brand investments with near-term revenue impact. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partnering with Product, Sales, Talent, and C-Suite teams to align go-to-market plans, messaging, and execution. Supporting employer branding, internal comms, and corporate storytelling as we scale. This Role Is For You If: You have 8+ years of progressive marketing leadership in B2B tech, SaaS, or digital services—with at least 3 years at the helm of a full marketing function. You have a portfolio of measurable success driving growth, brand equity, and market leadership. You’re equal parts strategic and hands-on —comfortable designing the playbook and running the plays. You have exceptional skills in storytelling, digital marketing, analytics , and executive-level communication. You’re an entrepreneurial builder who thrives in fast-paced, zero-to-one environments.
