About Us

Fenix24 is a global leader in breach recovery and pre-breach operational recoverability, redefining cyber resilience with the world's first Recovery Dependency Modeling and Recoverability Intelligence Platform, Argos99.  Fenix24's
breach recovery team is the largest in the world and has led more than 500 ransomware recoveries in 96 countries, including 30 of the Fortune 500. Pre-breach operational recoverability is founded on that real-world experience and is powered by Argos99 and our Resiliency Operations Center.

Our recoverability platform is purpose-built by frontline recovery experts and is deployed across hybrid cloud and on-premise environments; delivering measurable improvements in recovery readiness and faster, more confident restoration when ransomware strikes.

About This Position

We are searching for a Vice President of Product to join our Fenix24 team. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in the future of our company, providing the overall vision for the Argos99 product roadmap and leading the product management function. You'll define the product, help shape the broader portfolio, and have a strong voice in pricing, go-to-market, and commercial strategy. This role will be critical in shaping not only our products, but our entire organization.

This is an incredible opportunity to build the product from the ground up. You'll do real work from day one alongside engineering, architecture, and UX, and build out the product function as Argos99 grows. You'll guide products from conceptualization through planning and development, bringing the leadership, organizational, and execution skills to carry the product lifecycle from strategy through delivery, in support of the business's long-term plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and lead the product function from the ground up: establish the team, processes, and the metrics and performance framework that govern how product work is tracked, using a data-driven mindset to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategic product plans, collaborating with customers, prospects, external partners, and internal teams to grow our business.
  • Own, create, and maintain all product roadmaps and business cases, along with feature backlogs, timelines, business/functional/user requirements, and design artifacts (use cases, user stories, journey maps, etc.).
  • Lead evidence-based product definition, User Experience (UX) design, and market, user, and competitive research.
  • Own pricing strategy and market launch, and coordinate with the sales, support, and services teams.
  • Lead cross-functionally, bringing engineering, architecture, UX, sales, support, and services together around shared goals, and tell the product story clearly, both internally and externally.
  • Represent and advocate for the customer and end user through every stage of the product experience: development, delivery, deployment, and adoption.
  • Other duties as required.

Qualifications, Requirements & Preferred Skills

  • 10+ years in product management, including time as the senior product decision-maker for an early-stage B2B SaaS product.
  • 5+ years of experience in the cybersecurity/infrastructure/resiliency industry, with deep fluency in how enterprise infrastructure is built, run, attacked, and recovered. That fluency could come from cybersecurity, backup and data protection, IT operations, incident response, or hands-on practitioner work.
  • 3+ years of experience with MSP/MSSPs.
  • 5+ years managing and mentoring teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems, use sound judgment to assess risk, and communicate a clear, compelling, data-informed narrative to stakeholders, in writing and in person.
  • Strategic thinker with entrepreneurial drive, passion, and the ability to quickly assess product goals and objectives.
  • Proven ability to build constructive, collaborative relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and across all levels of the company, while modeling Fenix24's Culture and Values.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
  • Proven track record building or leading products in resilience, backup/DR, security operations, exposure management, or asset management.

What Success Looks Like in Year One

  • A product strategy and Argos99 roadmap that leadership has agreed on and the whole company can explain.
  • Pricing and packaging validated with MSP/MSSP and enterprise customers.
  • A product operating rhythm and metrics framework in place, with the first product hires planned.
