About The Company And The Role
SVETET is a website studio for business: we create, redesign, and refine sites that bring inquiries. CRM, automation, SEO/ads, and harder IT work sit around that core when they strengthen results — not instead of it.
The team works remotely. We respect the right to work from anywhere; timezone overlap is agreed with the lead, not a fake corporate 9-to-6.
We are looking for people who share a simple bar: ship real commercial work, speak plainly, and care about the lead path — not slide decks.
We need a web analyst between the client, ads, the site, and CRM — to keep tracking honest and find where the funnel dies.
What we expect
1–3 years owning analytics on at least one live site or shop.
Comfortable with GA4 or Yandex Metrika, and exporting CRM/ad data.
SQL or advanced sheets — enough to join source and status.
You can challenge a “the site is bad” claim with a path and a sample size.
Russian and/or English for client notes.
What we offer

Rate and format after a test funnel audit.
No fake “data team of 40” — you make the numbers trustworthy.
What you’ll do
Set up and keep clean: GA4 / Metrika, events, UTMs, CRM stages, ad cabinets.
Map funnels and find leaks with evidence.
Write briefs for frontend/backend: which event, which field, which source.
Weekly notes for clients: spend, inflow, next change.
Help structure landing variants when traffic is enough.
Keep a simple source of truth so numbers do not fork in chats.
