【Required: Development Skills】

・3+ years of development experience with Ruby on Rails

【Required: Soft Skills】

・Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N2 or higher

・Residence in Japan (3 years of work experience in Japan)

【Preferred】

・Frontend technologies such as React and Vue.js

・Database/network technologies

・Web security technologies

・Experience in upstream development phases

・Experience in development utilizing AI tools

・English proficiency
