About the Role

The Web3 Investment & Portfolio Specialist will focus on digital asset investment research, cryptocurrency portfolio analysis, and the evaluation of emerging opportunities across blockchain and decentralized finance markets. The role combines financial modeling, portfolio construction, investment due diligence, and quantitative market research to develop data-driven strategies supporting informed investment decisions. Working with blockchain developers, technology consultants, and research professionals, the specialist will evaluate digital asset performance, analyze investment opportunities, and develop strategic recommendations for portfolio diversification and risk management. This position offers exposure to cryptocurrency investing, Web3 venture analysis, tokenized assets, and emerging blockchain-based financial technologies within an innovative consulting environment.

What You'll Do

• Research cryptocurrency investment opportunities, Web3 projects, blockchain ventures, and emerging digital asset markets

• Analyze digital asset portfolios, asset allocation strategies, investment performance, and risk-adjusted returns

• Evaluate Bitcoin, Ethereum, altcoins, tokenized assets, and decentralized finance protocols to identify potential investment opportunities

• Conduct fundamental and quantitative due diligence on blockchain projects, including tokenomics, financial sustainability, market positioning, and growth potential

• Monitor cryptocurrency market trends, portfolio exposure, liquidity conditions, and macroeconomic developments influencing digital asset valuations

• Prepare investment research reports, portfolio performance assessments, financial models, and strategic investment recommendations

• Collaborate with blockchain development, research, and consulting teams to improve portfolio analytics, investment evaluation frameworks, and Web3 market intelligence

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in cryptocurrency investment research, portfolio management, digital asset analysis, Web3 finance, or related financial markets

• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency markets, digital asset investment strategies, and portfolio management principles

• Experience with financial modeling, portfolio optimization, investment due diligence, asset allocation, and risk management methodologies

• Familiarity with decentralized finance, tokenomics, cryptocurrency exchanges, blockchain infrastructure, and on-chain analytics platforms

• Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities, with proficiency in Excel, TradingView, Dune, or similar financial research platforms; Python or SQL experience is an advantage

• Excellent investment judgment, research, communication, and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work independently in a remote environment

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline preferred; CFA, CAIA, or demonstrated personal cryptocurrency investing and portfolio management experience is an advantage

Compensation

AED 310,000 - AED 350,000 per year in proposed gross fixed compensation, depending on experience, investment expertise, and qualifications.
