The Role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and control activities. In this part-time remote role, you will help maintain accurate financial records, monitor business performance, support financial decisions, and ensure that finance processes operate efficiently and in line with established policies.

The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and capable of translating financial information into practical insights for management and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and cash flow monitoring.
• Prepare and review management accounts, financial reports, and performance summaries.
• Analyze financial results, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability, and working capital.
• Maintain accurate financial records, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and routine financial administration.
• Support financial controls, policies, procedures, and risk management activities.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, external accountants, and relevant stakeholders.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Ensure financial activities comply with applicable accounting standards and company requirements.
• Provide financial analysis to support business planning and strategic decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting accuracy, cost efficiency, and finance workflows.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, financial planning, or a related field preferred.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration preferred.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting or financial management systems.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and recurring deadlines independently.
• High standards of integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality.
• Experience supporting business planning or management decision-making is an advantage.
