About the Role

The Web3 Portfolio & Capital Manager will focus on digital asset portfolio strategy, cryptocurrency investment research, and capital allocation frameworks across emerging blockchain-based financial markets. The role combines portfolio construction, quantitative market analysis, liquidity management, and investment risk assessment to develop data-driven approaches to digital asset management. Working with financial technology, research, and strategy professionals, the manager will evaluate cryptocurrency investment opportunities, analyze portfolio performance, and explore capital optimization strategies within Web3 ecosystems. This position offers exposure to digital asset investing, tokenized financial instruments, decentralized finance, and blockchain-based financial infrastructure within a technology-focused environment.

What You'll Do

• Develop and evaluate cryptocurrency portfolio strategies, digital asset allocation frameworks, and capital management models

• Research Bitcoin, Ethereum, stablecoins, tokenized assets, and decentralized finance protocols to identify potential investment opportunities

• Analyze portfolio performance, risk-adjusted returns, market volatility, liquidity conditions, and capital efficiency

• Conduct fundamental and quantitative investment research on blockchain projects, tokenomics, digital asset valuations, and emerging Web3 financial ecosystems

• Evaluate portfolio rebalancing methodologies, capital deployment strategies, liquidity reserves, and investment risk management frameworks

• Prepare investment research reports, portfolio performance assessments, financial models, and strategic capital allocation recommendations

• Collaborate with financial technology, research, and operations professionals to improve portfolio analytics, investment intelligence, and blockchain-based financial strategy frameworks

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in cryptocurrency investing, portfolio management, digital asset strategy, capital markets, or financial services

• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency markets, digital asset investment strategies, and portfolio construction principles

• Experience with financial modeling, portfolio optimization, capital allocation, investment due diligence, and financial risk management

• Familiarity with decentralized finance, tokenomics, cryptocurrency exchanges, tokenized assets, liquidity management, and on-chain analytics platforms

• Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities, with proficiency in Excel, TradingView, Dune, or similar financial research tools; Python or SQL experience is an advantage

• Excellent investment judgment, strategic decision-making, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage responsibilities independently in a remote environment

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or a related discipline preferred; CFA, CAIA, or demonstrated personal cryptocurrency investing and portfolio management experience is an advantage

Compensation

EUR 75,000–100,000 per year in proposed gross base salary, depending on experience, portfolio management expertise, and qualifications.
