About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Webflow Developer to build, maintain, and improve professional websites for our clients.
The ideal candidate should be able to take designs from Figma or other design tools and turn them into accurate, responsive, high-quality Webflow websites.
This is not purely a visual design role. We need someone who understands how websites should be structured, can implement custom functionality when required, and can troubleshoot issues independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Build complete websites in Webflow.
- Convert Figma designs into responsive Webflow websites.
- Maintain and update existing client Webflow websites.
- Build reusable components and scalable design systems.
- Create and manage Webflow CMS collections.
- Build dynamic CMS-driven pages and templates.
- Configure forms and form integrations.
- Create responsive layouts for desktop, tablet and mobile.
- Implement animations and interactions.
- Write custom HTML, CSS and JavaScript where Webflow's native functionality is insufficient.
- Integrate third-party tools, APIs and services.
- Configure domains and DNS for Webflow websites.
- Implement redirects and manage website migrations.
- Optimize websites for performance and Core Web Vitals.
- Implement technical and on-page SEO requirements.
- Troubleshoot layout, responsiveness, CMS and functionality issues.
- Test websites across different browsers and devices.
- Maintain consistent naming conventions and project structure.
- Perform quality assurance before publishing changes.
- Communicate technical limitations or better implementation approaches to the team.

Figma to Webflow
A major part of this position will involve translating approved designs into production websites.
You should be able to:
- Accurately reproduce Figma designs in Webflow.
- Understand spacing, typography, grids and responsive behaviour.
- Identify inconsistencies or technical problems in designs.
- Create reusable components rather than duplicating elements.
- Maintain consistency across pages.
- Implement responsive behaviour intelligently rather than simply copying desktop designs.
- Deliver strong visual accuracy while maintaining clean website structure.
Webflow CMS
You should be comfortable creating and managing:
- CMS Collections
- Collection templates
- Dynamic content
- Reference and multi-reference fields
- Blog/article systems
- Team and portfolio sections
- Service pages
- Case studies
- Filtering and dynamic content structures
Custom Development
You should understand when Webflow's native functionality is sufficient and when custom development is required.

- Strong portfolio of completed Webflow websites.
- Experience building websites from Figma designs.
- Experience maintaining existing client websites.
- Experience working with Webflow CMS.
- Experience implementing custom code within Webflow.
- Agency experience is advantageous.

This is a part-time, remote position. Working hours and availability will be agreed upon before commencement.
Practical Assessment
Shortlisted candidates may be given a small practical Webflow assessment.
The assessment may involve recreating part of a Figma design in Webflow, fixing responsiveness problems, creating a CMS structure, or troubleshooting an existing Webflow project.
We will primarily assess build quality, responsiveness, attention to detail, project structure, problem-solving ability and overall Webflow knowledge.
