Website Implementation Specialist

This role is responsible for delivering high-quality, brand-accurate websites and logos for clients. By combining detail-oriented account management with strong client-facing communication, this role ensures consistent digital branding is maintained throughout every stage of the website and logo build process.
Responsibilities
- Reviews client intake documentation and researches the client's business, industry, and competitors to gather complete and accurate information ahead of website and logo development.
- Partners with Sales and Client Success teams in professional client-facing consultations, by phone and video, collects detailed website and logo requirements and completes real-time modifications that accurately reflect the client's brand.
- Generates website content using client-provided information, applying copywriting best practices and search engine optimization principles, and partners with the Client Success Manager and Website Design team to deliver a cohesive final product.
- Audits website and logo builds at each stage for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to brand guidelines, performing acceptance reviews and verifying resolution of outstanding issues.
- Manages multiple client accounts simultaneously, maintaining organized daily tasks, fulfillment queues, and phone queues while identifying and resolving discrepancies and flagging at-risk timelines
- Serves as a point of contact and subject matter resource for sales and Client Success teams, providing status updates on website and logo builds and escalating complex issues to leadership with supporting documentation, and partnering with internal teams to maintain account continuity.
Who We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) or equivalent experience, required.
- 2+ of related experience, required.

Ability to utilize production and phone systems to effectively manage multiple accounts simultaneously, maintain organized tasks, phone queue, and ensure no account detail is missed.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including command of grammar, spelling, and sentence structure.

Ability to maintain a professional, service-oriented presence with clients across phone and written channels. Provides consistent and timely follow-up, owns the website and logo experience, and proactively addresses issues before they escalate.

Foundational industry knowledge with the ability to understand internet components, including the interconnection of logos, copywriting, web hosting, and domain names.

Knowledge of copywriting, search engine optimization, and website design best practices, with the ability to evaluate deliverables against quality standards and identify gaps or inconsistencies before delivery.

Ability to research and synthesize business and industry information to support client-facing work.

Strong time and account management skills with the ability to multitask across a high-volume queue, adapt to shifting priorities and process changes, and consistently meet competing deadlines without sacrificing quality.
