Summary
We’re looking for a hands-on Website Manager to take ownership of the Production Software division’s web presence. You’ll manage our divisional website and microsites, coordinate improvements with IT and Marketing, and ensure our sites are technically sound, consistent and up to date.
This role combines website operations, governance and content publishing with technical optimisation. SEO and AI search visibility are part of the remit, but only one element of the broader responsibility.
Job Responsibilities
- Own the divisional website and microsites, including their ongoing management and roadmap.
- Coordinate technical improvements with IT, including site performance, tracking, maintenance and reliability.
- Maintain consistent brand, design, content and legal standards across our web properties.
- Publish and quality-check website updates, coordinating content and localisation with product and regional marketing teams.
- Monitor website performance and use insights to recommend practical improvements.
- Support organic visibility through technical SEO and AI search optimisation (AIO).
- Advise stakeholders on web requests and help prioritise work based on business needs.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in website management or a similar role, ideally in a B2B environment.
- Experience managing websites and working with a CMS; Sitecore experience is an advantage.
- Good understanding of website operations, technical optimisation and analytics.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with IT, Marketing and international stakeholders.
- A self-directed, practical approach and strong English skills.
We Offer
- A flexible, remote working arrangement.
- Autonomy and room to shape our divisional web presence.
- The opportunity to work with colleagues across an international team.
- A varied, hands-on role with a visible impact on how customers discover and experience our products.
