The Role

We are seeking a results-driven Website SEO Expert to lead and execute search engine optimization strategies that improve website visibility, organic traffic, search rankings, and online performance.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced SEO professional who enjoys combining technical expertise, content strategy, analytics, and continuous optimization within an international and fully remote working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct keyword research and identify high-value search opportunities.
• Perform technical SEO audits and identify website optimization opportunities.
• Optimize website structure, navigation, URLs, metadata, headings, and internal linking.
• Improve website crawlability, indexability, and search engine accessibility.
• Conduct on-page SEO optimization across landing pages, product pages, service pages, and blog content.
• Develop and execute content optimization strategies based on search intent.
• Analyze organic traffic, rankings, conversions, and other SEO performance metrics.
• Monitor keyword rankings and identify opportunities for ranking improvements.
• Conduct competitor and SERP analysis to identify market opportunities.
• Develop internal linking strategies to strengthen website authority and relevance.
• Identify and resolve duplicate content, broken links, redirect, canonical, and indexing issues.
• Optimize website performance, Core Web Vitals, mobile usability, and page experience.
• Collaborate with content writers to create SEO-friendly and search-intent-focused content.
• Work with developers to implement technical SEO recommendations.
• Support link-building and digital PR strategies to improve domain authority.
• Monitor backlink profiles and identify potentially harmful or low-quality links.
• Optimize images, structured data, and other technical website elements.
• Implement and monitor schema markup where appropriate.
• Use Google Search Console and analytics platforms to identify SEO opportunities.
• Track organic search performance and prepare regular SEO reports.
• Establish SEO KPIs and provide actionable recommendations based on performance data.
• Conduct regular website health checks and SEO audits.
• Stay informed about search engine algorithm updates and SEO industry developments.
• Identify opportunities to improve organic conversion rates and user engagement.
• Coordinate SEO activities across multiple websites, markets, or business units when required.
• Maintain SEO documentation, processes, keyword databases, and performance records.
• Recommend improvements to website architecture and content hierarchy.
• Support international and multilingual SEO initiatives where applicable.
• Continuously test, measure, and refine SEO strategies.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Content, Product, IT, and Development teams on digital growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 4+ years of professional SEO experience with strong website optimization experience.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and content optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
• Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of keyword research, search intent, competitor analysis, and SERP analysis.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, website architecture, and technical SEO fundamentals.
• Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress or similar systems.
• Knowledge of Core Web Vitals, structured data, canonicalization, redirects, XML sitemaps, and robots.txt.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to translate SEO data into practical business recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Experience working with developers and content teams.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with international or UAE/GCC markets is an advantage but not required.
• Relevant SEO, Google Analytics, or digital marketing certifications are welcome but not mandatory.
