Role Description

As a Well-being Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in planning, coordinating, and delivering tailored well-being programs and initiatives for our multinational client organizations, spanning from initial scoping through to execution and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Plan and manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure well-being programs are executed on time and within scope.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact, coordinating effectively between internal teams (clinical psychologists, counselors,…), external partners, and client representatives.
• Training & Content Development: Design high-quality, engaging lecture slides and presentation materials for well-being workshops and training programs.
• Platform Operations: Expertly manage and facilitate online training sessions across various digital learning and webinar platforms.
• Performance Tracking: Track key performance metrics, prepare comprehensive project documentation, and generate reports to analyze program impact.
• Continuous Improvement: Support program design and continuous optimization to ensure an exceptional experience for clients and their workforces.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology is required.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (both written and verbal) to collaborate effectively with multinational clients.
• Experience: Proven experience in project management, tracking deliverables, and managing cross-functional timelines.
• Technical Skills:

Advanced proficiency in designing professional lecture slides and training decks.

Strong command of online training platforms (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams, LMS tools) for smooth virtual delivery.

• Competencies: Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; highly collaborative with a passion for workplace mental health.
