🔹 Support Engineers (Intermediate L2 / Senior T3)
Own the majority of client and internal technical issues end-to-end across Microsoft 365, Azure, and Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud — our core backup, security, and RMM platform. Senior engineers step into incident response, complex diagnostics, and Pod Lead responsibilities.
🔹 Specialist Engineers (Cloud / Cybersecurity / Infrastructure)
Deep technical authority roles for engineers ready to go all-in on a domain — the Microsoft 365/Azure stack, EDR/XDR/MDR security operations on Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud, or network, backup, and disaster recovery infrastructure.
🔹 Lead Support Engineer
A people-leadership role heading our Support function — own SLAs, mentor a growing team, and shape how we deliver day-to-day service excellence.
🔹 Lead Professional Services Engineer
Lead our Professional Services team delivering client projects — network builds, cloud migrations, security implementations — and our Specialist Engineer bench.
🔹 Presales Engineer
The technical bridge between Sales and Delivery — run technical discovery, design solutions, and help prospects see what's possible.
