We review every application personally, so we're asking you to be honest with yourself. To be considered for ANY of these roles, ALL of the following must be true:

✔ You have a minimum of 2 years of experience at a PERSONAL INJURY law firm, in the specific role you're applying for intake.

✔ You currently live in Colombia.

✔ You have strong spoken AND written English — you will speak with US clients, providers, and insurance adjusters every day.

What does NOT count as personal injury experience: general call-center or customer-service work, sales, collections, virtual-assistant work, or legal experience in other practice areas (immigration, family, criminal, real estate). If your experience is in those areas, we respect it — but this is not the right fit, and we won't be able to move your application forward.

We verify experience. Be ready to name the firms, your dates, and the case types you handled.

The intake team is the first voice an injured person hears on the worst day of their life. At Zara, that's one of the most important seats in the firm.

You'll bring:

• 2+ years of PI intake — screening, qualifying, and converting injured callers at a personal injury firm

• Genuine empathy and composure — you connect with someone in pain and guide them with calm and confidence

• Sharp follow-through — you capture every detail and never let a lead slip
