Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Work Mode: Hybrid

Experience: 3yrs to 4 yrs in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Enterprise Services Sales

Markets: US & India

CTC: 11 LPA

Travel: Must be willing to travel to the US for client meetings and business development as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold calling, email campaigns, referrals, and market research.

• Identify and qualify potential clients and engage with key decision-makers.

• Schedule client meetings and support the sales lifecycle.

• Prepare proposals, capability presentations, and RFP/RFQ responses.

• Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline.

• Conduct market research across India & the US.

• Collaborate with Sales, Design, and Delivery teams to drive business opportunities.

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and client engagement skills

• Lead generation and prospecting expertise

• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools

• Proposal and presentation preparation

• Good understanding of enterprise sales and RFP/RFQ processes

• Excellent follow-up, coordination, and time management

• Generate qualified business leads

• Build strong client relationships

• Maintain an active and healthy sales pipeline

• Deliver high-quality proposals and RFP responses

• Support business growth alongside senior sales leadership
