Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and optimize WordPress websites.
Build custom WordPress themes and plugins based on business requirements.
Convert Figma, Adobe XD, or PSD designs into responsive WordPress websites.
Customize existing themes while following WordPress coding standards.
Ensure websites are mobile-friendly, SEO-friendly, secure, and optimized for speed.
Integrate third-party APIs, CRMs, payment gateways, and marketing tools.
Troubleshoot website issues, bugs, and performance problems.
Implement website security best practices and perform regular updates.
Optimize Core Web Vitals and improve overall website performance.
Collaborate with designers, marketers, and project managers to deliver projects on time.
Manage website backups, migrations, staging environments, and deployments.
Maintain website documentation and version control.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of professional experience in WordPress development.
Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
Experience developing custom WordPress themes and plugins.
Strong understanding of WordPress hooks, filters, REST API, and Gutenberg.
Experience with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF), Custom Post Types (CPT), and custom taxonomies.
Experience with Elementor, WPBakery, or other page builders.
Knowledge of WooCommerce customization.
Familiarity with Git version control.
Experience with website performance optimization and caching.
Understanding of website security and WordPress best practices.
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
