About the Role As the Workforce Business Partner, you will advise State Operations on rostering and workforce needs, ensuring optimal staffing. You will support roster reviews, provide guidance on time and attendance systems, and conduct inductions for new administration officers. You will analyse workforce data, address discrepancies, and contribute to operational improvements and workforce planning initiatives. Responsibilities include: Collaborates with State Operations Team Management to provide expert advice on rostering practices and vacancy requirements and ensures workforce demands align with operational needs. Analyses and forecasts workforce supply and demand, identifies gaps in staffing and develops strategic workforce plans to ensure the availability of skilled staff across all services. Supports the fortnightly roster review process by reviewing schedules, ensures compliance with staffing policies, and identifies opportunities to improve roster efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Provides guidance and support to staff regarding the use of time and attendance systems and ensures correct adherence to company policies, processes, and operational guidelines. About You To be successful in this role, our preferred candidate will have: Tertiary qualifications are favourable; Business Administration, Human Resources or other related discipline or commensurate work experience. Demonstrated experience in Workforce Planning or Roster Management in aged care services is preferred. Strong knowledge of Workforce Management Software, Workforce Analytics and Workforce Planning. Proficient in Data Analysis and Reporting, Rostering Systems and Microsoft Office skills. Excellent Customer Experience, Communication, Adaptive Thinking and Planning and Prioritisation skills.
