Workforce Planning Manager

Role Description The Workforce Planning Manager at مركز المسار الصحيح للتدريب will oversee the forecasting, planning, and allocation of human resources to meet training and operational needs. This part-time, remote role involves analyzing workforce data, developing staffing models, and recommending adjustments to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency. The manager will collaborate with leadership and functional teams to understand demand, define capacity requirements, and align workforce plans with organizational goals. Daily responsibilities include monitoring key workforce metrics, preparing reports and dashboards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in workforce processes and tools. The role also includes documenting planning assumptions, maintaining resource schedules, and contributing to strategic discussions on future skills and talent requirements.
Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to interpret workforce data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Proficiency in workforce planning and workforce management to design staffing models, schedules, and capacity plans.
• Experience with workforce analytics and resource management to optimize utilization and support data-driven decisions.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, part-time setting, managing time and priorities with minimal supervision.
• Advanced skills in spreadsheets and workforce planning tools; familiarity with BI or reporting platforms is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and leadership stakeholders.
• Background in training, education, operations, HR, or a related field; prior experience in workforce planning or operations management is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, statistics, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
