Working Student (m/f/d) Corporate Audit

We are currently looking for a working student (m/f/d) for our Group Internal Audit department at our Munich location.

Your tasks:

• Support the development and maintenance of dashboards and analytical reports to support audit activities and management reporting.
• Perform data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and validation using Excel and Power BI, including the development and maintenance of Power Query solutions to improve data quality, reporting efficiency, and audit analytics capabilities.
• Participate/support in projects aimed at enhancing our corporate audit processes through digitalization and automation. Responsibilities include testing & quality assurance, project management support.
• Support the implementation and rollout of audit tools, digital solutions and AI-powered tools, including user testing, training preparation, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
• Assist in process mapping, process documentation, and the identification of opportunities for process improvements and automation.
• Assist in planning and supporting operational audits.
• Support document management activities, including maintaining audit repositories, organizing and archiving audit documentation, managing document version control, ensuring completeness and accuracy of records, and promoting compliance with documentation standards and retention requirements.
• Provide administrative support to the audit team, including scheduling meetings, managing audit documentation, and administering user access in collaboration platforms such as SharePoint and Azure DevOps.

Your qualifications:

• Strong interest in modern data analytics methods and technologies to enhance audit effectiveness.
• Basic understanding of concepts like project management, business intelligence, or process mining.
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Excel Analysis for Office, and SAP BW.
• Proficiency in data preparation, cleansing, transformation, and automation techniques, including practical experience with Power Query development in Excel and Power BI.
• Ability to analyze, structure, document, and optimize business processes and data flows.
• Exposure to SAP processes is a plus.
• Experience with or strong interest in leveraging AI tools to improve productivity, streamline workflows, and support data analysis and reporting activities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Keen attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work outputs.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in English is a must. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
