Working Student (m/f/d) Trade Management – Pricing Products & Processes

As a Working Student in our Trade Management team you will work in the heart of Hamburg, supporting the with strategic development, project work and training initiatives to enhance pricing processes, automation and quality. • Contribute to the conceptual and strategic development of cross‑departmental processes to improve automation and quality in Trade Management
• Support colleagues in pricing‑related project work and collaborate with IT and operations to implement automated tools
• Identify improvement potential for pricing process optimisation and implement solutions
• Assist in developing training concepts and materials for Trade Management staff
• Analyse pricing data and prepare reports for stakeholders
• Participate in workshops and knowledge‑sharing sessions
• Prepare presentations and visualisations using Excel and PowerPoint
• Support documentation of standard operating procedures and provide ad‑hoc support for pricing inquiries

• Enrolled in a degree program with a maritime focus, Business Administration, Logistics, Transport Economics or a comparable field
• Initial practical experience in shipping, logistics or freight forwarding
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working, as well as a Hands‑on mentality
• Ability to think holistically and enjoy working with different stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, as well as strong communication and presentation skills
• Very good written and spoken German and English
• Availability of up to 20 hours per week for at least 6 months, starting no earlier than 01 Aug 2026
