As a Supervisor , you’ll lead a team of technicians, manage daily workflow and maintain an accurate parts store, using your trade background and people skills to keep operations running smoothly. A snapshot of what you will be doing here: Lead a team of technicians including daily meetings, task allocation and planning the workflow for the operation. Assist in maintaining an accurate and organised parts store, including stock control and record-keeping. Support technicians, monitor job progress and complete administrative tasks is SAP/FSM. Help keep daily operations running smoothly Who we're looking for: A people-oriented team player with good communication and organisational skills. A hands-on, can-do attitude and willingness to help where needed. Leadership experience or natural ability to take leadership responsibility Someone who takes ownership and works well in a fast-paced environment. Someone seeking long-term career growth. Some with a relevant trade qualification as LV, HV or Mobile Plant Mechanic and strong practical technical aptitude.
