Job Description Delivery a variety of technical training courses and workshops in both a virtual and in-person format for a diverse range of participants. Propose and co-develop instructor-led course content with Instruction Designers to continuously improve and update our instructor-led offering. Proactively coach and assist training participants to maximize their learning potential while attending courses Coordinate and communicate with training organizers and participants before, during and after training events Monitor, assess and evaluate the success of training deliveries through the gathering of feedback Qualifications Completed technical education (e.g. Computer Science, Electrical Engineering,… ) At least 2-3 years professional experience in one of the following technical positions: Technical instructional designer Technical trainer/instructor Automation Software Test Engineer/QA Strong IT skills Experience in teaching complex technical topics to diverse audiences Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent spoken and written English, knowledge of other languages would be an asset Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively bother independently and in a team environment Strong intercultural competence Optional / good to have: Professional experience/knowledge of at least one of the following domains/technologies: SAP, Salesforce, Selenium, Test Automation platforms/frameworks, API Testing, Service Virtualization, Robotic Process Automation, BI/DWH Testing, Test Data Management, Load/Performance Testing Experience with object oriented programming skills and strong working knowledge of C# Location/Work Set-up: Temp WFH until June or July and will transition to Temp Hybrid.
