About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Video Editor with 5+ years of professional experience in video editing to support a real estate media business. This role is critical in producing high-quality, polished video content that helps showcase properties effectively and supports client marketing objectives. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical editing expertise with creative judgement— transforming raw footage into engaging, client-ready content while maintaining consistency, quality, and efficiency. This role involves editing property marketing videos, managing turnaround times, and ensuring all deliverables meet commercial-grade standards. . Key Responsibilities Video Editing & Content Production Edit high-quality property videos, including interiors, exteriors, walkthroughs, and lifestyle content. Apply colour grading, stabilisation, transitions, and audio enhancement techniques. Produce clean, modern, and aspirational video outputs aligned with real estate marketing standards. Work with raw footage to create engaging and consistent content across multiple properties. Deliver polished, client-ready content that meets established quality standards. Manage project turnaround times and deliver content efficiently within deadlines. Quality Control & Workflow Management Ensure consistency across projects by following defined editing guidelines and production standards. Review video outputs for quality, accuracy, and visual consistency before delivery. Maintain attention to detail across all stages of the editing process. Organise and manage project files within a structured production environment. Support efficient content production while maintaining high-quality output at scale. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate within a structured, team-based workflow to ensure smooth project delivery. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders regarding project requirements and timelines. Contribute to a collaborative production environment while maintaining accountability for assigned deliverables. Support the team's overall objective of delivering premium-quality property marketing content. Non-Negotiable / Must Have Bachelor's degree in Film, Multimedia Arts, Digital Media, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field. Minimum 5+ years of professional video editing experience. Experience in photo editing. Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality commercial video work. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop. Proficient English communication skills, both written and spoken. Strong understanding of colour grading, exposure balancing, and visual storytelling.
