About Us
We work with some of the largest brands in the education space, specifically in mortgage, finance, and real estate. We're a done-for-you, full-service partner: we handle everything from strategy and ideation all the way to posting the video, and everything in between, so our clients don't have to.
This year alone, the clients we work with have seen around $85M in attributable sales, and we're growing fast. We're always looking for top-level talent who wants to join a growing company with a great culture.
We believe in creating high-level content that helps our clients build their brand, attract more business, and scale through inbound content marketing.
We grew from just 15 people at the company to over 65+ in a short period and we're scaling toward 100+ in the next year. But we need talented people like you to continue building. We want to be the #1 marketing partner in finance, mortgage, and real estate, helping our clients' companies grow.
The Role
You edit YouTube videos that generate leads, build trust, and drives sales for our clients: talking-head videos and content filmed on location. Your job is to turn raw footage into something people enjoy watching, while making sure the client's expertise comes across in the most valuable way possible.
You're part of a high-performing team, so the standard is high and turnarounds are fast. If that excites you more than it scares you, you're exactly who we're looking for.
Responsibilities
• Edit and deliver 2+ videos a week during your 60-day trial, ramping to 3+ a week once fully onboarded, with consistent 72-hour turnarounds.
• QC your own work against our editing checklist before you submit.
• Communicate daily. We work as a team and run on high communication.
• Keep project files and assets organized so anyone on the team can find them. • Share editing resources (motion graphics templates, intros, assets) with the team. • Spot challenges early and bring solutions before they become problems.
Who it NOT For
- You want to work a freelance job or assign work as an agency. Do NOT apply we will not approve you.
- You can't hit deadlines and are constantly late because of internet issues.
- You can't communicate well on slack or communicate on zoom calls with your team
- You can't take feedback from a senior editor or respond poorly to client feedback.
Compensation and benefits • $24K to $36K+ / year (USD), based on volume, skill, and experience
• Every position starts with a 60-day paid trial, so it's a fit on both sides
• Flexible, fully remote work but this is fully time and we do have internal team meetings and trainings
• Established clients in mortgage, finance, and real estate
• A structured production system with clear processes and support
• Growth into creative leadership roles for people who perform
How You'll Be Measured
Four KPIs tell us, and you, whether the role is working.
• 90%+ on-time delivery every month
• 3 videos a week once fully ramped (12+ a month)
• 90%+ manager approval on V1 drafts
• 90%+ client approval on final videos
Reporting and Structure
• You report to a Senior Writer who assigns your clients, reviews your edits, and runs your monthly 1:1.
• You work inside a team of other editors where you all learn and share feedback.
How hiring works

How to apply No resume needed. We want to see your work and hear how you think. The application takes about 10 minutes once your recording is ready:

• A walkthrough Loom video, 5 minutes or less: play your edit and talk us through what you did, why, and what you'd change now
• A screenshot or quick recording of your timeline
