Zoho CRM Experts / Zoho Bigin Experts As a Zoho CRM Expert / Zoho Bigin Expert at WITTIGONIA digital, you will configure, customize and maintain CRM systems to support sales, marketing and customer service teams. In this remote role, you will ensure CRM processes are efficient, data is clean, workflows are automated, and system analytics provide actionable insights. You’ll be a key contributor to improving customer journeys through both Zoho CRM and Zoho Bigin . Key Responsibilities: Set up, customize and maintain Zoho CRM modules: fields, layouts, permissions, workflows, automations and dashboards Manage Bigin pipelines and small‑business workflows; configure teams, roles, and flows between Zoho Bigin and other Zoho tools or third‑party apps Ensure data integrity: cleaning, deduplication, import/export, synchronization and audit of CRM & Bigin records Build reports and dashboards to track lead generation, opportunity pipelines, and customer lifecycle metrics Train end users, support adoption, document best practices and create process guidelines Troubleshoot system issues, oversee permissions & access control, maintain security settings in line with GDPR / local privacy requirements Requirements Demonstrable experience with Zoho CRM and Zoho Bigin , including setup, customization, workflows and automations.
