Zoho Custom Function - Auto faxing from CRM - Upwork

Job Description We are looking for an experienced zoho guru who can help create a function that will allow us to fax documents directly from our CRM with a click of a button. The documents that will be faxed will be based on the information within that specific client's data. For the most part, it will be a template with information such as name, address, phone number, etc. However, there will also be a few options that IF a field contains X, then include documents A,B,C. However IF a field contains Y, then don't include A,B,C, rather, D,E,F for example. Ideally, we use TELUS Business Connect that allows for faxing from our computers. If this can somehow be done through that, great. However, if it has to have an API for example to another website that allows faxing, so be it. The purpose of this would be to automate and speed up a lot of the faxing out that we do, rather than printing and / or faxing through TELUS as we currently are right now. If we can click a button within the CRM, and have it relay a confirmation as well that the fax went through to the number that will be in the CRM, that would be great.
