About Us We recruit and train the best people in Latin America specifically for insurance roles. Job Description About the Role You’re not building from scratch—you’re taking ownership. We have a Zoho One foundation built with a third-party partner. Now we need someone to own it internally: extend, improve, troubleshoot, and evolve it as the business grows. This role is hands-on, focused on solving operational problems and turning business needs into scalable systems. You’ll work with the team to translate processes into Zoho solutions while keeping the system stable and improving. Duties and Responsibilities Build and maintain automations using Deluge, Zoho Workflows, Zoho Flow, and Zoho Creator Develop integrations between Zoho apps and external systems (APIs, webhooks) Extend and customize existing workflows, blueprints, and logic Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and deploy solutions Troubleshoot issues via tickets, documenting root causes and fixes Identify recurring problems and implement long-term solutions Maintain clear documentation of systems, scripts, and changes Support internal training when system updates occur Escalate platform issues to Zoho support when needed Required Qualifications Fluent English (C1/C2) Reliable computer (Mac or Windows 11, i5 11th gen+/Ryzen equivalent, 16GB RAM) 3+ years of Zoho ecosystem experience Strong Deluge scripting and automation experience Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, and integrations Experience maintaining and extending existing systems Strong collaboration skills with technical and non-technical teams Preferred Qualifications Zoho certifications Experience with Zoho Creator Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, or similar What Success Looks Like Automations delivered cleanly, on time, and understood Issues resolved quickly with documented root causes Stable, well-maintained integrations Smooth ownership transition from vendor Reduced reliance on manual workarounds What We Offer $2,610–$3,480 USD monthly (based on experience) Fast-growing, people-first team Clear onboarding and structured environment (EOS) Fully remote, supportive culture This is a remote position.
