职责描述• 针对客制化的目标市场，积极开拓香港及中国内地市场。• 根据客户的需求与顾虑，制作相应的解决方案（书面报告或 PPT 简报）。• 接受持续的在职培训，包括但不限于：市场洞察与最新动态、资本市场的基金公司最新资讯等。
任职资格• 以普通话（国语）为主要语言。• 具备团队合作精神。• 乐于尝试并勇于接受挑战。• 具备解决问题的能力。
必要技能• 出色的沟通技巧。• 良好的团队协作能力。• 解决问题的技能。
加分技能（优先考虑）• 具备财务规划或投资相关经验。• 熟悉市场分析。
薪酬待遇与福利• 首年收入不低于 50 万港币。• 每周工作 4 天。• 3 年快速晋升通道至高阶管理职位。• 协助 IANG / TTPS 签证申请并保证续签。

About the RoleWe are looking for undergraduate/postgraduate students currently studying at QS Top 100 universities, or fresh Bachelor's/Master's graduates holding IANG or TTPS visas.
Job Responsibilities• Actively develop the Hong Kong and Mainland China markets, targeting customized niche segments.• Tailor and prepare comprehensive solutions (written reports or PPT presentations) based on clients' specific needs and concerns.• Participate in continuous on-the-job training, including but not limited to: market insights, latest trends, and updates from fund houses in the capital markets.
Job Qualifications• Mandarin (Putonghua) as the primary language.• Strong team player.• Open to trying new things and eager to embrace challenges.• Solid problem-solving abilities.
Required Skills• Excellent communication skills.• Strong teamwork and collaboration capabilities.• Problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills (An Advantage)• Experience in financial planning or investment-related fields.• Familiarity with market analysis.
Compensation & Benefits• First-year income of no less than HKD 500,000.• 4-day work per week.• 3-year fast-track promotion path to senior management positions.• Full assistance with IANG / TTPS visa applications and guaranteed renewal support.
