About the Role
This is a full-cycle Account Executive role at a fast-growing fintech company serving credit unions nationwide. You will own new partner acquisition from first outreach through signed agreement, working closely with senior leadership on a trust-heavy, relationship-driven sales motion that matters deeply to the customers you serve.
What You'll Do
Prospect new leads at approximately 15 in-person conferences per year, building genuine relationships on the spot and booking meetings live.
Run consultative sales meetings with credit union executives alongside senior GTM leadership, navigating a roughly 3-month sales cycle in a regulated industry.
Own the full sales cycle from first introduction through signed agreement, negotiating and closing deals with meaningful autonomy.
Drive digital outreach through drip campaigns, cold calling, and LinkedIn to build and maintain a healthy pipeline.
Contribute to building and refining the go-to-market playbook as the team scales.
Travel within your assigned territory to conference events to canvas, network, and generate pipeline in person.
What We're Looking For
1 to 5 years of experience in a client-facing role, ideally as a hunter-focused Account Executive centered on outbound prospecting and net-new business.
Proven ability to prospect through cold calls, email, and LinkedIn, and to generate pipeline from outbound activity.
Experience selling to or advising C-suite executives.
Comfortable working with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Background in financial services or credit unions is a strong plus.
Willingness to travel to roughly 15 conferences per year.
Based in New York City and able to work in-office five days per week.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary range: $100,000 to $130,000 USD annually, with uncapped commission and an OTE potential well above base. Visa sponsorship is available.
Location
On-site, five days per week in New York, NY. Regular travel to industry conferences is expected.
