About the Role
Join a fintech team serving credit unions and help drive new partner acquisition. You will own the full sales cycle, build relationships with credit union executives, and contribute to the development of the go-to-market playbook.
What You'll Do
Generate new leads through in-person conferences, networking, cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
Build relationships and book meetings with prospective partners at conferences and other events.
Lead consultative sales meetings with credit union executives alongside senior go-to-market leaders.
Manage opportunities from first introduction through negotiation and signed agreement, with meaningful autonomy.
Help refine the sales playbook and operating model as the team scales.
Travel within your assigned territory to attend approximately 15 conferences per year.
What We're Looking For
Two to five years of full-cycle, hunter-focused Account Executive experience with a record of outbound prospecting and new business development.
Experience generating pipeline through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, or other outbound channels.
Confidence and executive presence when engaging with C-suite leaders and other senior decision-makers.
Strong in-person relationship-building skills, including the ability to prospect and book meetings at events.
Experience selling to or advising financial services organizations or credit unions is helpful.
Familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot; experience with marketing automation or engagement platforms is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary is $100,000 to $130,000 annually, with uncapped earning potential and on-target earnings above $300,000. Visa sponsorship is available.
Location
On-site, five days per week in New York, New York. Travel to conferences is required.
