About the Role

We’re looking for an Events Account Manager who can build strong client relationships and manage projects from the initial brief through to final delivery.

You will develop proposals, coordinate with creative and production teams, support pitches and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the client’s expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage client relationships and communications
Review briefs, RFQs and RFPs
Prepare proposals, presentations, budgets and timelines
Coordinate with creative, production, technical and supplier teams
Support pitches, concepts and new-business opportunities
Manage approvals, venues, suppliers and project costs
Oversee event setup, live delivery and dismantling
Resolve challenges and keep stakeholders informed
Identify opportunities to grow client accounts
Complete post-event reporting and follow-up

What We’re Looking For

3+ Experience in events, account management or project management is preferred
Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
Strong communication and client-servicing skills
Good organisation and attention to detail
Ability to manage budgets, suppliers and deadlines
Commercial mindset with an interest in business development
Proactive, eager to learn and willing to take ownership
Calm and solutions-focused under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Working With AI, Presentation skills & similar tools
UAE events experience and a driving licence are advantages

Working Hours

Standard office hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Flexibility is required during pitches, installations and live events, including occasional evenings or weekends.

Salary Range

AED 10,000-15,000 based on experience + Visa + Flights + Health Insurance
