Are you looking to accelerate your early career in a global company? Join the Finance & Accounting Rotational Development Program at Johnson Controls!
This 2.5-year program is designed for professionals who graduated within the last 3-8 years and want to fast-track their development into future finance experts and leaders.

Beyond your day-to-day role, you'll benefit from training, mentoring, networking, and shadowing opportunities that will help you build both your skills and professional network.
Upon successful completion of the program, you'll be well positioned for a permanent role within Johnson Controls, with many graduates continuing their careers in Bratislava.
Own your career journey. We'll provide the opportunities, support, and exposure to help you achieve your goals.
