About the Role

We are looking for a sincere, detail-oriented, and motivated Accounts Assistant to support our finance department with daily accounting activities. This opportunity is ideal candidates with up to 2 years of experience who have basic accounting knowledge and are eager to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with payroll preparation and salary record maintenance.

• Record and maintain credit card expenses.

• Handle petty cash entries and reconciliation.

• Pass daily accounting entries in the system.

• Maintain vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents.

• Assist with bank reconciliations and expense tracking.

• Support monthly closing activities and financial reporting.

• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.

• Coordinate with internal departments for accounting-related activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.

• Candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome.

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.

• Familiarity with MS Excel and accounting software.

• Good attention to detail and accuracy.

• Honest, organized, and willing to learn.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Preferred Skills

• Basic understanding of payroll processing.

• Knowledge of petty cash handling.

• Good record-keeping and documentation skills.
