Job Summary

Our client, a growing F&B group based in Bali, Indonesia, is looking for an ACCA-qualified Accounts & Finance Manager to lead the finance and accounting function across three group businesses: a dine-in and delivery restaurant, a cloud kitchen, and a marketing agency.

The successful candidate will report directly to the shareholders and will be responsible for accurate financial reporting, restaurant costing, internal controls, budgeting, cash flow and overall financial performance across all three entities.

This is a hands-on managerial role, suited to someone comfortable in a growing, entrepreneurial, multi-business environment who communicates confidently with shareholders, managers and staff. The client is looking for a candidate committed to relocating to Bali on a long-term basis, for a minimum of two years.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full accounting and finance function across all three entities: the restaurant, the cloud kitchen and the marketing agency.
  
• Prepare entity-wise and consolidated monthly financial statements and management reports.
  
• Manage month-end closing, AP, AR, general ledger and bank reconciliations.
  
• Oversee restaurant costing, food cost, recipe costing, inventory and stock reconciliation.
  
• Monitor margins, profitability, wastage and cost variances across F&B operations.
  
• Reconcile dine-in POS sales, cash, card payments and online delivery platforms such as GoFood, GrabFood and ShopeeFood.
  
• Handle marketing agency accounting, including client billing, retainers, project costing and receivables.
  
• Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations between group entities.
  
• Design, implement and monitor internal controls to protect cash, inventory and assets.
  
• Manage and improve the use of ERP and accounting systems across the businesses.
  
• Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts and cash flow.
  
• Present regular financial analysis and performance updates to the shareholders.
  
• Lead, guide and develop the accounts team, and work closely with outlet and operations staff.
  
• Support the shareholders in financial planning and business decisions.
  

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• ACCA qualified (full member) - mandatory. Part-qualified candidates and ACCA affiliates are not eligible.
  
• 5+ years of finance and accounting experience.
  
• F&B / restaurant industry experience - mandatory.
  
• Strong hands-on experience in restaurant costing, inventory and cost control.
  
• Experience managing the full accounting cycle and preparing financial statements.
  
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and a sound understanding of internal controls.
  
• Proven managerial experience leading a finance or accounts team.
  
• Strong Excel skills.
  
• Experience across multiple entities or businesses is preferred.
  
• Exposure to cloud kitchen or delivery-led F&B operations is an advantage.
  
• Exposure to service business or agency accounting is an advantage.

Benefits

Compensation & Benefits (choice of two packages)

• Option 1: USD 1,250 per month, plus accommodation, transportation and food provided by the company.
  
• Option 2: USD 1,500 per month, plus food. The candidate arranges their own accommodation and transportation.
  

Both options include:

• Work visa (KITAS) at the company's expense.
  
• Flight tickets at the company's expense.
