Accounts Payable Executive (Singapore-based)

This position follows an onsite work model in Singapore, and candidates have to reside in Singapore. Please note that visa sponsorship is limited to MY candidates and is contingent upon quota availability.

ChengYi Interior Design, a homegrown interior design firm in Singapore, is looking for a meticulous and reliable Accounts Payable Executive to support our finance team.

This role plays a key part in managing daily accounting tasks and maintaining accurate financial records within a fast-growing company.

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and update the project costing system on a regular basis to ensure timely and accurate tracking.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project costing records across all projects.
• Perform monthly project costing close, including Budget vs Actual analysis.
• Process subcontractor invoices, including data entry into QuickBooks, document printing, and proper filing.
• Review invoices in coordination with Interior Designers and ensure timely verification and approval before submission deadlines.

Experience & Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Hands-on experience with bookkeeping and accounting systems such as QuickBooks.
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
