About the Role

Join a global technology-focused support team in Lisbon and help users successfully manage their online advertising experience. In this role, you will provide support across multiple channels, assisting users with advertising accounts, payments, platform functionality, and technical troubleshooting while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for advertisements, ad accounts, payments, and account access issues.
• Assist users with platform policies, account requirements, and advertising guidelines.
• Troubleshoot issues related to ad creation, publication, delivery, billing, and account performance.
• Guide users through platform tools and features.
• Deliver support via email, chat, and phone.
• Escalate complex cases to specialized teams when necessary.
• Maintain accurate documentation and case follow-up.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and quality standards.

Requirements

• English proficiency (C1 or higher).
• Minimum 1 year of experience with ads, digital marketing campaigns, paid advertising, or related activities.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented and solution-focused mindset.
• EU work authorization required.

Schedule

• Monday to Sunday
• 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Rotational schedules may apply depending on business needs
• 40 hours per week
