Affiliate Team Leader

As we continue to expand, w e are seeking an experienced Affiliate Team Leader to manage and develop our affiliate function in Cyprus. This is a hands-on leadership role combining people management, commercial strategy and responsibility for affiliate-channel performance. Responsibilities: Lead, coach and support a team of Affiliate Managers. Establish individual and team KPIs, targets and development plans. Develop and execute the affiliate acquisition and growth strategy. Manage strategic and high-value affiliate relationships. Review and approve CPA, revenue-share and hybrid agreements. Monitor FTDs, NGR, acquisition costs, retention, ROI and traffic quality. Identify new markets, partners and commercial opportunities. Conduct performance reviews and support recruitment and onboarding. Work closely with marketing, CRM, product, finance, compliance and fraud teams. Improve reporting, processes and affiliate-management systems. Manage budgets and provide forecasts and performance reports. Represent the company at international conferences and industry events. Monitor affiliate traffic for fraud and suspicious activity. Work with fraud, compliance and risk teams to audit traffic quality. Requirements 5 years+ of affiliate-management experience, preferably in iGaming, forex or fintech. Previous team-leadership or mentoring experience. Demonstrated record of achieving commercial targets. Strong network of affiliate and industry contacts. Excellent leadership, negotiation and analytical skills. Advanced understanding of affiliate platforms and commercial models. Fluent written and spoken English. Ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment. Availability for international travel. Solid understanding of affiliate fraud patterns and how to spot them. Working knowledge of tracking and attribution platforms (e.g. AppsFlyer, Keitaro) and how postback tracking works. Resumes must be submitted in English.
