Agentic Automation Engineer (UiPath)

We are looking for an Agentic Automation Engineer who has in-depth UiPath knowledge to create, develop, and deliver smart automation solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have proven hands-on development experience and the ability to quickly get up to speed to support ongoing projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end RPA solutions from scratch using the UiPath platform
• Build scalable automation workflows by utilizing the newest UiPath features, such as Studio, Orchestrator, and Document Understanding
• Keep up and improve a collection of previously delivered RPA solutions across different business processes
• Work with stakeholders to collect requirements and turn them into automation solutions
• Identify issues and fine-tune existing automation workflows to improve performance and reliability
• Engage directly with clients to understand their automation requirements and share project progress updates
• Get up to speed rapidly to support active projects with little ramp-up time
• Guarantee that automation solutions follow best practices and meet quality standards

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience developing with UiPath
• Familiarity with the latest UiPath features, such as Studio, Orchestrator, and Document Understanding
• A demonstrated portfolio or list of RPA solutions that have been delivered
• Readiness to onboard quickly within a short lead time

Nice to have

• Background working with UiPath AI Center / Document Understanding
• Certification in UiPath (Advanced/Professional RPA Developer)
• English skills strong enough to communicate directly with clients
